TIPS FOR WEIGHT LOSS 

1. Try to get up early in the morning.

2. Go for walk twice in a day.

3. Have maximum protein in your diet.

4. Do intermittent fasting.(16:8).

5. Drink atleast 2-3 litres of water daily.

6. Have a plate of green salad before lunch and dinner.

7. Take green juice once in a day.

8. Take atleast one seasonal fruit in a day.

9.Try to take either Rice or Chapati .

10. Take a bowl of pulses or dal in your lunch.

11. Avoid sugar , you can take jaggery (less quantity) or you can take dark chocolate 🍫 , to stop your sugar cravings.
